Where we stand...
The Christian Church is composed of people who accept Christ as the Son of God and Lord of Life- who strive to follow His commands and honor His Word as their sufficient role of faith and practice.
The Christian Church is not sectarian, nor is it denominational. It is the Spiritual Body of Christ, wherein dwells the Spirit of God. (Romans 8:8-15).
We have no conference, convention, or earthly ecclesiastical authority over us - only Christ and His Word. We seek the unity of all believers in Christ upon the essential matters and freedom of local congregations and individual Christians in matters of opinion.
- We claim "No creed but Christ."
- We desire "No name but the Divine."
- We follow "No books but the Bible."
- Where the Scriptures speak, we speak, and where the Scriptures are silent, we are silent.
- In faith, unity; in opinions, liberty; in all things, love.
God's Plan of Salvation
1. Have faith... Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. (John 3:16, Hebrews 11:6, Acts 16:31, James 2:14-17)
2. Repent... A change of heart and mind. Turn from sin and go God's way. (Luke 13:3, Acts 2:38; 3:19,
Ephesians 4:22-24)
3. Confess Christ... Let you New life shine by witnessing to others. (Matthew 10:32; Romans 10:9-10)
4. Be Born Again... Bury your old life, by faith through baptism into Christ. (Romans 6:3-4, John 3:5, Matthew 28:18-20, Colossians 2:11-12)
5. Stay Spiritually Alive...
- By Worship (John 4:23, Psalms 95:6-7)
- By the Lord's Supper: (Acts 2:42, 20:7)
- By Prayer (James 5:16, Ephesians 6:18)
- By Bible Study (2 Timothy 2:15, 3:16-17)
- By Faithfulness (2 Peter 1:5-12, Revelation 2:10)
